The Hippy Marketing

I call the San Franciscans oft the modern hippy. It is, at least to me, not suprising that this city which has been the center of a hippy century will also be the center of a renewed lifestyle for next generations.

People count their ecological footprint here. They choose organic food. And organic clothes. Eat vegetarian. And drive hybrid. Sleep better with tea. And wake up with yoga.

There's definitely a whole new generation spreading their livestyle here. And American companies understand that.

I have rarely seen companies turning so quick and so well their marketing to a new target group. A new life style. Same product. Different package.
That is definitely something Americans do way better than their European counterparts...
